The area that I would like to set my event is the Key in the Promenade Park in Maldon. I thought this would be a good area for a family bonding event which can include the kids. My idea is to have a teddy bear picnic where family’s can either bring their own basket of food to eat or may buy it from services provided which will supply fresh sandwiches, lunches, snacks and drinks. 
Activities will be taken place at the key such as face painting, crafts, musical chairs and pass the parcel with fun prizes to win! A raffle will also take place for the adults to have the chance to win some prizes too. There will be benches supplied, with an amazing view of the key, water and boats. There are family friendly pubs near by for the adults to purchase any drinks.
